No such Entry Restrictions... obviously the preference would be for the candidates to have good and sufficient qualification, but otherwise it would be help to be smart and have a good common sense plus experience.
Finally VAASTHA could get you miles ahead with or without qualification, experience, etc. But quite understandably it probably can't sustain your job if you are DUMB :-)
