salary greatly vary on nationality of your post grade + how many years post grade + CV + sub-speciality...etc.
accommodation, is villa min. of 3-4 bedrooms + the rest (living,reception..).
usually your grade will be offered schooling as well.
don't rush it they'll send you the contract, hopefully this century.
