Re: benefits, definitely get them to cover schooling AND bus fees for your children (study on on the local schools first and know what fees are likely to be; Indian schools are significantly cheaper than, say, a British or American school), at a school of YOUR choice.
Get PRIVATE medical insurance coverage included (that covers you both here and abroad/back home in your country)
HOUSING is a big issue here -- very costly, get an allowance of QR 16,000/mo minimum for a family (if they don't provide a large apartment/villa for you)
