If you have BANK LOANs or CREDIT CARDS, it's not the company who will freeze your bank account but the BANK themself. Also, if you resigned with BANK LOAN, you need to get a guarantor otherwise you won't be able to go back to your country because the bank will file a hold departure order to the immigration. If you don't have any responsibilities with the bank, you can get your salary still and the company has no right to hold it.
