Just present the following:
Marriage Cert
NOC from Sponsor that will allow you to bring your spouse
Labor Contract with seal
PATAQA (make sure your designation in Pataqa is not Worker, coz this don't qualify in Immigration)

Bring all to Al Gharaffa Immigration. Before presenting documents, need to get a form and have it typed in Arabic. there are booth insided the immigration compound where you can get the form.
