When I left DAGOC in 2004, they (DAGOC) provided a no objection certificate. I found another position but was refused a sponsorship transfer as I hadn't been in Qatar for 12 months. I had previously been in Qatar for 15 years (82 to 97)
It took the ministry 4 months to tell me that I couldn't transfer sponsorship.
