-Prepare Job Order cards for the work being undertaken and follow-up with production supervisor regarding the status of all the jobs in progress.

-Provide status reports of jobs under processing when enquired by the client.

-Follow-up with delivery or marketing team for delivery of the job to the client.

-Follow-up with payment collection team or marketing team regarding colletion of payments from customers.

-Co-ordinate with the production supervisor to ensure urgent jobs are processed as early as possible to avoid any delays for the client.

-Regular customer service feedback to be collected to ensure marketing team is doing their job properly.

Yeah, i think thats about it! Its more of a support job but with substantial work pressure and lot of co-ordination. It will be a total mess if you are not very well organized.
