I havent heard nor come across one but in Dubai there are many like sports cars only and exotics only.
However..there is lamborghini showroom and the maserati/ferrari showroom in AlFardan Center.
For second hand, try AL FAHAD Showroom in Bin Omran, they got good sports cars like EVO, Subaru etc.
