Anybody whos RP is cancelled cannot be back for two years but der is a loophole to dat cos dey can Come down on VISIT or business visa which cost to you bout 1000 bucks in da market....yes its for sale....further a person who is black listed i mean in da sense had a court case or deported and his /her finger print taken and yes like somebody said make a new passport and u can reach here unless u are blocked by da airport and dose are rare cases .so basically if u cannot enter da country for 2 years try comin in visit visa till 2 years are overand all u got to do is pay 2000 bucks every 2 months 1000 fr business visa and 1000 to return ticket to dubai on first class....ha.....
