If we say that, Prophet Mohamed is the most ever human knew and worshiped Allah, then he must be the role model for all Muslims (not necessarily men only).
I believe if you wanna find a role model to be followed by women then the answer will be all of prophet Mohamed’s wives.
You can study their lives and find out how they worship Allah and what they have done to Islam.
Look for “Al-Saydah Khadegaa” how she helped prophet Mohamed in the first years of his prophethood and supported him.
Another famous role model will be “Al-Saydah Aishaa” who transferred a lot of prophet Mohamed says.
You will find a lot of lessons from their lives.
