if you said the size is within specified and if the pic is at the allowed type of extension name (i.e. jpg, gif, etc.) then it's not a problem.

use the edit option in here, then upload your pic... if you've not seen it appear, then you could wait for sometime for it to load on the system...

be patient, just wait and one time you'll know it appears.
