I was reading a book few days back on a particular religion for knowledge sake. The people are expected to follow 5 principles called the five K's, but i was very dumbfounded on the first 3.
1) Kesh (means hair) must have long hair and not cut any hair of the body.
2) Katar (a speacial kind of sword) every person of the religion has to carry a sword. Now what has a sword to do with religion?
3) The 3rd is really strange. I have been trying to find the religious connection of it..Kachchha means underwear- without underwear you are finished!
What The...! As far as i know, God himself has no underwear..because in no religious scripture is it described that God has underwear..not that i'm aware of anyway. So it got me thinking why did underwear become a religious principle?
As i read on i understood, During the old times when in war, if you use something that falls while running and your sarong or dhoti(not sure on spelling) falls away -then Underwear(kachchha) is needed. But now there's no war so it doesnt make any sense to just follow it. Time to put their underwear to rest!
My point is, No we shouldn't follow blindly..They have created a society of blind people, and they go on telling you that you don't need eyes and you have to simply follow. You are not allowed to think, because thinking may take you astray. It is bound to take you on a different path than they want you to take, because thinking means sharpening your doubt, your intellect. And that is dangerous for the so-called religions. They rather want you without intelligence and dull :p

In beleif of "it is god's will" then his will made Hitler kill hundreds of thousands, his will creates pedophiles and tells them to act, and his will that I drink VERY LARGE quantities of ALCoHOL and consume PORK.
So is it all God's will? Hmmmm...the intelligent, rational, and free thinking man would say.....NOPE
