I agree with Ahmad, a 14 years old knows well what she is doing... Sorry it spoils the party for some of the adults, but there isn't much that can be done. It will always be like that.
Having grown up in the heart of Madrid, this is my experience:
At 14 I went to my first club and got very very drunk, throwing up and unable to stand on my feet. I loved it.
By the time I was 16, I was clubbing every single weekend until the wee hours(exept in exams period, I still had my priorities). I rutinely drunk alcohol with my friends and smoked a few splits.
At 18, weekends were my life. I didn't want boyfriends cos I was afroid they would prevent me from partying. All I wanted to do was party party party real hard. I went clubbing a lot. I started to drink responsibly, hated being drunk, I was taking pills every now and then when clubbing all night away, and some other harder drugs in special occasions.
Yet, I always managed to know how to take care of myself, and my priority were my studies.
By the time I was 22 the exitement worn off. I didn't enjoy clubbing that much. I didn't enjoy drinking execpt the occassional beer and gin tonic with friends. I didn't enjoy drugs anymore. I fell in love. My favourite pastime during weekends was to sit with friends, chill, have a beer, have a good chat, laugh and laugh. I had grown up.
When I hear that teenagers shouldn't be allowed to party I feel kind of sad (Hi BBK, how are you?) . Alcohol is bad for them, no doubt. However it is natural. Sometimes I wonder, why stopping them from growing up? Let them do whatever they want, they will learn from their mistakes, the hard way. Sorry it spoils the party for some of the "adults".
I've just come across this threat.

Have the "adults" grown up?
