This was published over a year ago. When I saw your question, I remembered reading that article in the papers a long while ago and search for it in the Gulf times database...hope it helps. I haven't tried the number myself and knowing how things work here, most probably the number is no longer in use! I wonder if they ever got to set up the hotline they are talking about...
