As far as I know 999 drops 75% of the calls, hence the waiting time. And it is useless to complain becuse independent of our status we have no voice in this country.
The best we can do is probably to talk to those who can speak for us - namely the ambassadors.
When Skype was blocked in February, it was the intervention of several ambassadors which forced Qtel to back off.
