Skype is kind of pricey only on PC to Phone calls TO Qatar, because Qtel doesn't allow Skype to terminate their traffic in Qatar. So all calls are terminated elsewhere (mostly Malaysia) and reach Qatar as international calls. Otherwise perfect solution.

One can even buy one of the wireless Skype handsets (with skype built in) and use Skype on wi-fi network without a computer.
