no no no NO strict diet, you see i had a help form a Dr fro my diet she proscribed (told) me what i should eat (all the time, not just while i am loosing weight)...for starters i bet u have at list 2-3L of water in your body that u have to get out....but the trick is u have to get rid of the toxins in your body that r keeping water in, and you do that by drinking more water :) it took me 2 months to get out the water (3kg) - just reducing sodium intake ( modest cutback in salt) and after it was peace of cake... altogether 5months 15kg....good thing is u r into aerobics, cos running and jumping are made for losing weight, and of course don't forget the stepper and bike in the gym.....soooooo think positive and be patient
