The labour law actually stipulates a maximum number of hours per day regardless of relegion (i think it is 6). However, companies often ignore this and reduce your day by two hours. So for those on 10 hour shifts, its reduced to 8. Again, some companies will not reduce it for non-muslim employees (although they suffer hardship with all the restrictions)
