A new decision will now allow the sale of newspapers on the streets according to the following conditions:
Newsboys to stand on selected roads in a safe place 300 metres (yes, 300) from roundabouts and traffic lights (!)
Under deliberation is whether they will be allowed to sell newspapers in public places, at shopping centers, petrol stations and service areas.

Go figure.
