Keep in mind, I have been told by Qatar Pet Relocators that getting them into the country is the easy thing, getting them back out again is apprantely much harder, because animals in the Middle East for any length of time must get even more permits and vaccinations. Unfortunatly there are not too many trustworthy vets here and a lot of the vaccinations are state run, which means a lot of red tape. The dog will need to get the vaccinations here to leave, and that will take longer than your parents will be here.
