The Far Eastern on Family Food Centre Road used to allow you to take your own booze some years ago providing that you left what you didn't drink.
Two of the staff were picked up (absolutely legless) by the police later in the evening. I'm not sure what the outcome was as they place belonged to and the employees were sponsored by the Chief of Police.
