Yes, in this case I signed with the agency but only the agency signed on the lease contract. No owners' signature anywhere on it.

Cheques were made to the owner.

Not surprised to hear this is unorthodox given the saga with this agency so far.

... still no telephone or cable tv, which is supposed to be included in my rent.
