I have a pending job offer to work the Asian Games. I should know more about the job in a week or two. I live in the United States (California)and was fortunate enough to work the Winter Olympics in 2002 (Salt Lake City, Utah).
My experince in Salt Lake was indescribable and I thought it would be a once in a lifetime experience. Now, I have an opportunity to go to Doha and work the Asian games and I couldn't be happier.
I am extremely excited about the possibility of moving to a foreign country, especially one as great as Qatar. I'm looking forward to meeting and working with a brand new group of people in Doha. My new wife and I believe that this will be an experience that we will never forget. I am thankful for the games as they have exposed me to an area, culture and people that I may never have been exposed to if it wasn't for the games.
I think the games will be incredibly beneficial to Qatar and its people and I couldn't be happier to have an opportunity to be a part of it.
