o Checking of shuttering and back props supports

o Inspection of de-shuttering and curing works

o Checking of blockwork and ceiling plastering
o Checking of gyproc plastering and sand-cement plastering
o Checking of external plastering
o Checking of waterproofing and allied activities
o Checking of tile, marble, granite dado and flooring works
o Checking of alignment and fixing of doors and windows
o Checking marble polishing and painting works
• Ensuring the safety of workers and others at site
• Ensuring the quality of products and workmanship at site
• Coordinating with the vendors and consultants for sorting out various issues encountered at site
• Quantification of shuttering and concrete of footings, columns, beams and slab works
• Quantification of blockwork, plastering and flooring works
• Quantification of reinforcement works / bar bending schedule
• Preparing agendas and MoMs for the weekly progress review meeting

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from Bangalore University with an aggregate of 80.94% (2015)
