I completed Ph.D in Education (Educational Psychology), Graduated with honours in Master of Education (M.Ed.,), Master of Science in Psychology (M.Sc.Psy.,), Master of Computer Application (MCA) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.,). I worked as a PGT – Psychology cum School Counsellor in Ideal Indian School, Doha – Qatar for 2 years. I worked as an Academic Counselor in Kendriya Vidyala Sagathan (KVS) Madurai for a year, and I have three years of teaching experience in Arabindho Mira College of Education Madurai in India, where I gained valuable knowledge on effective teaching, counselling, observing students on their academic and disciplinary activities, and preparing reports on the basis of observation, providing appropriate action plans, managing Trainee Teachers, classroom management in both theoretical and practical / technical classes. I have published various research articles in various conferences and journals. I am a dynamic teacher, counsellor, and self- motivator. Also, I have good experience in training the students and teachers for competitions and all kinds of cultural activities. I now have a wide breadth of experience of the type that gives potential employers the flexibility to place me in a broad range of demanding situation, with the confidence that I will undertake my duties professionally and effectively.
