This project comprises of the construction of the two High-rise Towers located in Pearl Qatar. These towers are the first Precast High-rise Towers in Qatar. Total 22 floors are there i.e. Ground, 3 Podiums, Amenities, 15 Floors and 2 Pent Houses. Precast columns, Core Walls, Precast Stair cases, Pre stressed Beams, Hollow core Slabs and Pre stressed Solid slab are being used. Apart from this prefabricated washrooms (POD) are also using. The structure of one floor is completing in 6-7 days.

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Daily Inspection for all ongoing activities and received Materials to ensure compliance with project specifications, shop drawings, method statements and approvals.
· Inspection, sampling and testing of materials to assure that compliance with the contract specification.
· Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings etc. with the Project Team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done.
· Developed and submitted QA/ QC documents such as method statement, inspection and test plan, subcontractor approval, material approval request and checklist base on project specification.
· Ensured all activities are carried out as per QCS-2014
· Carried out daily inspection alongside the Construction team, Sub contractors and the consultant.
· Carried out internal inspection in order to ensure activities at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
· Reviewed and understood the contract documents, detailed drawings, project specification standard and health and safety measure pertaining to project implementation
· Identified site non-conformities and evaluated the sub-contractor’s corrective action in line with set quality procedures, project technical specification QCS
