I’m well experienced in Pre and Post Contracts including preparation of Tender documents (Bill of Quantities, Civil and Architectural Specifications, Conditions of Contract etc.), monitor, analyze and provide project cost estimates, expenditures and forecasts, value engineering, review and submit of interim payment certificates, site work progress monitoring, evaluation of variation orders, rate analysis, sub-contractor bill settlement, advice on cost implication of variation, responding to contractual correspondences, claims and VO’s, tracking of contractual submittals etc.
