Site Installation:
v Responsible for LV System like Lighting, Street Lighting, Powers, HVAC Power, Earthing & Lighting Protection, Central Battery System, Dali System, Transformers, Generators, MCC Panels, MDBS, SMDBS, DB’s, Emergency Power off, Power Distribution Units, Static Transfer Switch, Control Panels, Elevator (LV&ELV), Frequency Converters, Cable Tray, Cable Trucking, Cable Pulling etc.
v Responsible for ELV System Like: Fire Alarm, Public Address & General Alarm, BMS, Structural Cabling, , CCTV, FM 200, Audio Visual System, Etc.
v To provide technical support to Team of Electrical Site & QC Engineers reporting to me.
v Assuring that the construction of all electrical systems are as per the project documentation and as per international and local building codes and requirements
v Assuring that the duration of construction of all electrical systems is within the approved project baseline.
v Coordinating with Testing & Commissioning Team.
v To attend Site, Walk with Consultant, Management & Subcontractors.

v Developing method statements, PTW, LOTO procedures, switching procedures, preventive maintenance manuals and other quality standard documentation.
v Reviewing electrical Single line diagrams, equipment layouts, interconnection diagrams, motor control schematics diagrams etc.
v Planning and executing shutdown for equipment in the mains system for preventive maintenance.
v Carrying out switching operation in HV&LV electrical system for maintenance activities.
v Performing routine maintenance inspection of equipment to identify problems.
v Developing standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
v Ensuring compliance with National Electrical Codes & National Fire Protection Association, QCS, KAHRAMAA Standard (NEC/NFPA, QCS).
v Recommending spare parts and assisting procurement department in specification of items for purchase.
v Troubleshooting plant electrical problems to determine their cause and recommend options for eliminating such problems.
v Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable HSE standards.
Management Works:
v To attend weekly/Monthly Kick off Project Meetings, Preparation & Submission of Weekly/Monthly Site Progress Report.
v Preparation & Submission of Monthly Invoice or Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for the approved work.
v Following Milestone and making necessary plans and actions to achieve it in order to meet the dead line of the project.
v Getting Material Transmittals Submittals Approved from Code B to Code A.
v Proper Handing Over of the Project.
HSE Works:
v Following Safety Rules & Regulations to avoid LTE (lost time injury or Fidelity) and achieve Safe Man Hours (LTI Free).
