Reverse engineering is utilized to create a 3D virtual model of an existing physical part for use in 3D CAD, CAM, CAE or other software. The reverse-engineering process involves measuring an object and then reconstructing it as a 3D model. The physical object can be measured using 3D scanning technologies like CMMs, laser scanners, structured light digitizers, or Industrial CT Scanning (computed tomography). The measured data alone, usually represented as a point cloud, lacks topological information and is therefore often processed and modeled into a more usable format such as a triangular-faced mesh, a set of NURBS surfaces, or a CAD model.

Tasks handled
Perform the tasks of assisting senior engineers in designing HVAC Systems for commercial projects.
Responsible for planning and coordinating with the design phases of HVAC engineering work.
Handle responsibilities of preparing installation specifications, performing calculations, and developing rough designs for air condition systems.
Perform the tasks of assisting staff in reviewing, checking, planning and in scheduling work activities
Handle responsibilities of developing duct and pipe drawings, preparing technical documents, and reviewing supplier design.
Transmit Mark-up information into CAD and produced clear CAD drawings
Coordinate with different companies involved in a project towards completion and success of a project.
Continually review the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of site works.
Review Contractor’s shop drawings against the design drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to project manager with appropriate comments / approval.
Review contractor’s mechanical shop drawing in conjunction with the structural and electrical engineers to ensure engineering co-ordination.
Review Contractor’s mechanical services material proposals against specified technical performance requirements.
Review Contractor’s proposed sub-contractors associated with the structural engineering works from a technical standpoint.

Tasks handled
Contribute to the reliability and integrity of the mechanical equipment and structures by the application of reliability centered techniques and work execution within an ISO certified assurance system.
Ensure sufficient and suitable resources and equipment are available to complete all mechanical repair work within the agreed program.
Initiate and develop specific mechanical repair procedures and work instructions.
Supervise work execution and carrying out mechanical routine jobs, troubleshooting to mechanical faults.
Use maintenance management systems to co-ordinate, distribute and execute work and ensure history data is entered and maintained.
Operate workshop machines including radial arm drills, milling machines, center lathes, dynamic balancing machines.
Supervising and controlling the overall activities related to workshop section.
Investigate mechanical failure and unexpected maintenance problem Fault diagnosis and repairing of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Supervise the maintenance and repairs of diesel and Petrol powered equipment and vehicles namely; Mobile cranes(RT & Crawler cranes), fork lifts, compressors, generators, wheel loaders, back hoe loaders, trailers, landscaping and civil equipment.
