*Preparing techno-commercial proposal along with PQ Submittal's as per Kahrama & Ashghal Standards.*Assessing sales team KPIs, adjusting or adding new ones where necessary.*Identifying opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, andnew client acquisition*Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)*Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies*Analyze market trends & Monitor competition and follow current developments*Find prospective customers and new target segments Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.*Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the electrical segment. This involves prospecting potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable electrical products or solutions to meet those needs*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, understanding their requirements, providing ongoing support, and addressing any concerns.
