Analysis and approval of engineering drawing from the consultant.
• Coordination and Execution of all MEP Activities at site.
• Water supply and drainage system for building connections.
• Installation of Sprinkler system.
• Provide technical Supervision of all works related to mechanical activities which include HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage(Sewerage) and Fire Fighting System installation.
• Review plans, project specification and coordination drawings to ascertain that all work is fully implemented in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with the contractors involved and prepare all necessary documents related to the project requirements
• Review, approve and process all mechanical material submittals compliance with project specification.
• Coordinate the mechanical works from electrical, architectural, civil and other related discipline to ensure that work is fully implemented in accordance with plans and specification.
• Testing, commissioning and handover procedures.
