Duties & Responsibilities:-
Taking off Quantities, Perform Re measuring and checking with BOQ.
Update the Subcontractors payments and Drawings.
Interior Design BOQ Preparing
Verifying subcontractor’s interim payment applications and prepare subcontractor’s payment certificate.
Visit to the site for verifying Subcontractors work done.
Coordinate with project Engineers and prepare monthly Progress report
Preparation and submission of monthly interim valuation.
Estimation & Back up Documents Preparation for Variation Order.
Quantity take off, preparation of BOQ and material enquiries.
Review, negotiate & settle subcontractors' subcontract variation orders and subcontractors' payment certificates.
Sending Enquiries for Quotation.
Make a Smooth partnership with client and sub-contractor and resolving problems.
