• Two years– Project Planner (Singapore), of experience in managing, planning, scheduling, coordinating and controlling of civil works and special facilities in Oil & Energy sector. This includes preparation of EOT claim / TIA (Time Impact Analysis).
• Three years– Planning Engineer, of experience in managing, planning, scheduling, coordinating and controlling over wide range of building (high-rise residential building, office, Warehouse & Steel Structure), special facilities and site development works.
• Two years– Civil Engineer – Planning & Construction, of experience in scheduling, coordinating, site supervising and handling of a high-rise residential building and site development work.
• One year – Junior Civil Engineer –Supervising, coordinating, Quality Assurance & Quality Controlling at High-rise residential apartments and Pipe laying & other infrastructures.
• Excellent knowledge in working on Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS-PROJECT and MS Office package.
• Wide experience in project planning & scheduling, estimation of duration, generating baseline programme, (cost and resources loaded) including approval from PMT / Client.
• Wide experience in generating the regular performance report including the earned value analysis, cash flow, Manpower histogram and S‐curve.
• Ability to analyze and prepare EOT claim / TIA (Time Impact Analysis).
