• Hands on experience in managing inspection activities (shop & site), establishing various types of documents like WPS, PQR, ITP, Method statements, Internal Audits, documents control, welder training's, welding inspection, NDT activities, Mechanical Testing, painting works,Coating inspection, hot and cold insulation, PWHT and Preheating activity, pneumatic and hydro testing and RT films interpretation.
• Familiar with national and international codes and standards such as ASME SEC I, II part A & C, ASME Sec V, ASME Sec VIII, ASME Sec IX and ASME B31.3, API 5L & AWS D1.1 & Specific project requirements. Including welding requirements for various type of materials like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Low Alloy Steel, A335 P91, A335 P22.
