I Abdul Azeem (India). I have a work experience of over 18+ years in India & Abroad. I have worked on different positions as cameraman and lighting person in infotainment television channels and film production houses.
I have done Bachelor of fine arts in Digital Photography & Videography from (Reputed university) Hyderabad.
I had worked in Al Jazeera English, as a Senior Operator Camera & Lighting Freelance at Doha Headquarter.
Working in television these days is all about multi skilling and as well as camera operating, I can be on a shoot and do a whole range of tasks from line up the cameras.
I am proficient in:
Cameras: I control robotic, Jimmy jib and pedestal cameras for live news, and pre-recorded current affairs programming as well as rigging and de-rigging DTL positions in the studio as required.
Lights: I light for live news, pre-recorded current affairs programmes and chroma key in a studio, news bulletins, special news bulletins, special news bulletins and corporate films.
I am good in operating various models of cameras like Beta Cams, HD cameras used in the studios of news channels.
Besides this I’m good in handling camera on different mounting devices like dolly, track, cranes, tripod and hand held shots. I have a good knowledge of indoor and outdoor special effect lighting for croma-key. I can work in the stream of film and television production.
I am in the realm of light direction for entertainment programmes and 24/7 news channels. These programmes include reality shows, special interviews, talk shows, live discussions and live news bulletins.
I have good command over the use of artificial lights(hard light & soft) and natural light. I am proficient is changing the location suitable for the production requirements with the help of lights, filters and diffusers.
Since photography is the only source of my living, I am willing to travel any long distance if so required. My enclosed resume and my portfolio are enough evidence to speak of my skills to you. I am at ease in all types of photography. I can describe each of my picture at length when we meet.
