I'm currently available in Qatar on transferable VISA with NOC. I have banking , marketing and Operational experience for 23 of years working for 3 leading private banks in Sri Lanka and one Leading British oriented private organization (Brown & Company) as an operations Manager. At Brown and company i have exposure in managing 450 staff members out of which 300 were marketing staff and the rest were back office and from stores department. I was solely responsible for their HR issues, welfare, training and development, attendance, Achievement of KPIs. I have very good administrative skills ,and I'm confident that with my experiences and knowledge gathered with my past experiences i will be able to easily adjust in to all the required skills for any managerial ladmin position. Further i have experience in organizing and handling sales and budget oriented routine meetings for staff of all categories ranging from Managers to Minor staff.
