Treasury Senior Team Member with 6 years of working experience in a Software Developer Company. Performs task related to Treasury/Cash Management but with the opportunity to vary work sequencing such as providing office assistance within Finance Division. I am looking for Finance Treasury or Administrative Assistant, any suitable job as per my qualifications.

My most recent working experience includes the following:

  • ·       Reimbursement of company cash vouchers. Interfaced frequently with expatriate colleagues from all levels including managers and directors, as well as external parties with various bank officers and vendors.
  • ·       Conduct daily cash count and monthly cash on hand audit.
  • ·       Submission of monthly petty cash and bank accounts history summary reports.
  • ·       To assist in preparing cheques and in liaising bank transactions while effectively doing my petty cash reimbursement schedule on different offices.
  • ·       Provide office assistance such as filing documents, emails, photocopy and scan files.
  • ·       Answer phone calls and vendors inquiries for collection of payment.
  • ·       Participate in organizing Division and team building activities.

I have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science. I am a Filipino and currently living with my family here in Doha with transferable visa. I am available to join immediately.
