1)       Worked as Senior Mechanical Engineer and was the Project Coordinator & Site In-Charge for the entire Under Ground piping Job.

2)       Successfully completed the entire job with zero LTI thus achieving 0.2 Million safe man hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and Execution of under Ground Piping Job in all units (4 Nos.) & Offsite.
• Preparing monthly work execution plan as per monthly project plan to make construction activities streamlined to meet project completion date.
• Site In-Charge for Fabrication and Laying of UG piping according to the prescribed job procedure and customer specifications& complete the work with specified quality standards and safety.
• Complete Coordination with Client (ONGC) and PMC (Triune Energy Services Ltd.) in matters related to UG piping.
• Preparation of Isometric drawings, As-Built drawings & getting certification from client.
• Preparation of bill of materials (BOM) as per customer specifications.
• Pneumatic & hydrostatic Pressure Testing of UG pipelines.
• Test Pack Preparation, Loop clearance& Format clearance of 7 systems of UG piping in all four units and offsite & thus supported the Plant Commissioning team for completing their work.
• Did the final reconciliation of all the materials used in the project and submitted the final bill and report to the site management.
