I am MUYEEN AKRAM from India. I am 27 year old. I completed my 12th standard. Then I started my career as a data entry operator. I have an experience 3 years experience in data entry and one year experience account assistant. I am looking for a better opportunity in an account section. I worked in excel. I have good knowledge about excel like excel shortcut keys , vlookup, pivot table, excel formulas. I worked in accounting software Tally erp9, and billing & inventory software like “ accounting shopper 9”, “task”, “invent” software. I have excellent typing speed both numeric and alphabets (45wpm). I am working in computer last 5 years. I have good knowledge about computer. At last I worked in supermarket in Bangalore as an accountant and inventory control. This was my best experience.
2. cash deposit in to bank, RTGS, DD, Paying other bills, and outside work.
3. Checking the bill items.
4. Inventory : The all bills entering the software. It includes Calculating vat, calculating discount after and before tax. If any mistake in bill we have to complaint to the supplier. It will be 25-30 bills per day.
5. Preparing cheques , vouchers.
6. Tally erp9:
a. Purchase bill: It includes vat like 14.5%, 5.5%, 2%, and exempted. And also cash payment entry, voucher payment entry, cheque payment entry. Expenses entry,
b. Sales entry: It includes axis edc sale entry, cash sale entry, Sodexo sale entry, icici edc sale entry. It includes 14.5%, 5.5%, 2% and exempted sale entry.
c. Contra entry: deposit in to bank
d. Receipt entry and general entry: It includes bank edc amout entry ( axis and icici ). Bank charges and receiving amount should be separate firt in excel sheet.
e. Bank reconciliation: clearing all cheques, banking transactions.
7. In evening day settlement.
