A self-motivated, hardworking Quantity Surveyor (BTech. HND) with nearly Five (5) years of experience in contracting Quantity Surveying practices with pre and post contract exposure in Qatar and Sri Lanka. Well organized, Enthusiastic self-learner who is contributes utmost to the Employer and able to work on own initiative as well as a good team player, maintain high calibre in achieving quality targets in the fields of work includes Buildings, Civil and Infrastructure, MEP Services. Areas of expertise includes project quantification and costing, procurement and tender including e-tending, estimation, contract administration, contract practice, cost planning and cost controlling, commercial management. Software Packages Familiar with - MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Project), AutoCAD, Internet and e-mail Applications (Outlook) well experienced in Forms of Contracts such as FIDIC Forms and ICTAD. Having fair knowledge of the industry as FIDIC conditions of contract red book and Standard methods of measurements. Including SMM7, NRM 1, 2, CESMM3 and SLS 573 for measuring the building, MEP, & civil Engineering works. Outstanding communication skills and proven leadership potentials in professional and leadership jobs carry out. Highly motivated and optimistic professional, capable of working on own initiative or as part of a team with excellent logical and problem solving skills. Sets high standard of quality in any task undertaken and contributes total commitment and dedication to achieve those objectives. Currently working in Qatar for one of the major company, reporting to Executive Manager & handling all contractual correspondence, monthly valuation, variation cost submission, procurement , processing of subcontractor invoice and all Commercial related responsibilities.
