I hold considerable 10+yrs overall experience in the IT Development industry and have worked at International Companies/Banks(Bank of America, CFC, De Lage Landan, Hitachi,
ENEC-Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, etc) at present working in NESS technologies India Services (P) LTD. In addition, I hold Lead/Manage team experience.
This has enabled me to gain significant experience in working with a variety of age groups and develop organizational and leadership skills. I have learnt to engage effectively in team work
and build meaningful relationships overseas clients. Interaction with offshore & onshore teams and customers has been a valuable eye opener and has significantly contributed to
my understanding of different cultures/domains. My work in customer interactions and deliverables reflects my keen interest in working with onshore & offshore people from all walks of life.
