I’m a 28-year restaurant veteran, starting within the fast-food industry and progressing into the fine-dining and cruise lines role I'm currently within.
Unlike other restaurant managers or F&B managers , I had the opportunity of entering into the restaurant and hotel cruise line industry, starting from the ground floor and building my career with a nice career progression (busboy,waiter, to shift supervisor to restaurant manager ) hands-on experience. This allows me to view restaurant and bar operations from various different viewpoints, enabling personable problem resolving skills within a traditionally high turnover industry, as well as, keen problem resolutions applied to other areas of the operation.
