Reviews on resettlement solutions!

Dear All,

Please note that I would like to share with you my experience at resettlement solutions the immigration services provider here in Qatar. According to my experience with them it is a total rip off due to the following reasons:-

1. They gave me an initial offer of 12K. While my friend is paying only 8K, which means they do not have a fixed pricing system.

2. When I introduced that my friend is paying 8K, they offered the same only if I provide another 2 clients along with myself as the third. An offer that expires in 3 days only. As if am suppose to be walking around with a spare 8K in my pocket.

3. My friend paid 5K, got a receipt for 4.5K and in the system is 4K.

4. All their funds are received when the initial assessment of the immigration authority is done which leaves you with the whole remaining procedures under their mercy.

This is my personal experience and would like to open your eyes before you fall into the trap.

They are not transparent. They claimed that the American University I graduated from was accepted but only after I applied they came back saying it wasn’t.

The whole process had to take longer than expected due to wrong information I was receiving.

When I complained after losing hope, they promised they would refund some of the amount & I even got the confirmation by email. Then after many years, they never paid me back or replied to my messages.

My advice to you is: do not fall in their trap.

100% percent agree. They just collect money and don't even provide any suggestions or do any follow up. Everything has to be done by your own and behave as if we are at their mercy. Their consultants keep changing on and every time it is a new person. They just provide some forwarded email with some document checklist. Once you pay the advance, there won't be any positive approach or contact from their end .

Totally agree with that, Signed the contract with them for Australia in November 2019 and had to terminate it in April 2020, You really need to be very very careful before you sign the contract, you need to educate yourself properly about the whole immigration process before you sign. ((((((And be sure you read EVERY SENTENCE in the contract very carefully))))))

Also, you need to make a market survey and check the fees for other Consultants in Qatar, because i found out that other agents are alot cheaper.

Even when i decided to terminate the contract to relieve myself from this stressful experience, the process took around a whole month without a clear reason!

To sum up, in my personal opinion, This was the worst experience i had in my entire life and definately a "BIG NO"
