Who would like to compare two a different swimming club? I really want to say that it depends what you need to get, so for example with H2O swim Club you get Quality+Fun+Structure=results
Doha Dolphins is better as I will say, for they are the biggest swim club in Doha. they have a very good structure or level for swimming and very good instructors. Try it for yourself. check out their web site www.qmotion.com.qa
My vote goes to H2o because they have a very well structured program especially for the learn-to-swim where kids graduate from level to level and you can follow their progress. You can make your own judgement by attending one free lesson which is a wonderful feature - this is what brought me to H2o 1 year ago.
My wife taught for a few weeks at Doha Dolphins and ended up walking away from it. There was a very standard structure for all students within any given bracket, regardless of individual skill. (think of "one size fits all") Basically had some kids using floatation aids who clearly didnt need to and whatnot. Forcing a kid to keep on one of those type devices certainly would hold anyone back from significant progress.
Needless to say she ended up teaching her own lessons at our compound with a handful of parents withdrawling from the Dolphins program and choosing private instruction with her.
From my experience in Doha Dolphins just play with children, no structure. In H2O you go from level to level, and they teach good swimming. I vote for H2O

No experience with H2O, so no comment.

i vote for H2O
is he training for the Olympics?
if not then I suggest you enroll him in whichever is closer to your home. They both have good reputations.
From my experience, h2o is great.
My son was enrolled in swimming program with H2O; he stayed there for one semester and showed no improvement what so ever.
I transferred him to Doha Dolphins (Qmotion) and now he is doing very well.
I totally recommend Qmotion, also known as Doha Dolphins
