Anyone know where I can find some good surf in or near Doha? Actually, scratch that...anyone know where I can buy a surf board in Doha? Sponge/Boogy Boards will suffice as well...

The word is out about the best surf spot in Qatar. I believe it would be near one of those petrol Ports, You just got to wait for those super-ships to depart then you could ride the 2.5 meter waves.

About those Boogy boards try Villagio, there is a sport shop near the dining hall area.

Due to the recession, to save on energy costs, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off.

Use the search box. Someone claimed to be able to surf here a while back, but nobody believes him! The Gulf is far too sheltered for surf.
