I was wondering if anyone involved in deep sea sport activity can get me some ideas about whether its allowed here by law, the use of inflatable boats without power to go deeper into the sea to dive for sheer pleasure. I like swimming under water and got more interested to dive deeper when i noticed fishes and sea life under water at Shamaal beach.

I noticed these inflatable boats meant for 2 persons and body boards at Villagio. I've personally never seen people using body boards and powerless boats to go frolicking into the sea here in Qatar. I do know that Scuba diving does require license for its use and thats something in my mind as well. But i need to know if theres something objectionable by law to go deeper using body boards and inflatable boats???
