cheez....i read earlier in previous QL forums here tht these Qatar Stars League dudes are really and i mean reeeeaally getting desperate to get some people to cover up those seats in those stadiums during the local matches....a coupla weeks ago it was a bunch of Philipino school children at Al-Arabi stadium... yeah sure the kids had fun to be out at night and watch a monsterously boring and dull match...and between whom...hmmm.. i cant seem to remember...maybe the kids might remember....

first the labourers dressed with thobes.....and now this...the largest school in doha.....all i can say is.....poor kids...i can almost hear the YAWNS....

IT was the vision of the former principal who died

recently that was the reason for its success. Else with the tunnel vision of the management it would have been closed long back. They couldnt even accord a proper recognition for that Principal....

Seeing the school going down the drain is a painful sight for the students who studied way back in the 80's.

yes thats the the main reason why people still send their kids there to study.

On Sunday, most of the students reached home after 10 PM. And then no off day was given the next day. Imagine leaving home at 5:30am in the morning and reaching home after 10PM and then again off to school the next day early morning.

Thing is they know that even if 1 student goes out, there are 10 waiting to get into that school.

Was it compulsory for the students? No according to the circular.

But children were forced to go.

Classes for juniors finished at 1pm and the buses left immediately. For the rest, classes finished at 1:30 pm and there were no buses for them to go home. The end result - those were not willing to go were also forced to go.
