I cant get out of Doha though unfortunately :o( I'm smashing the treadmill in the gym in my compound for now!!

Guess i'll enter some uk ones for the summer out of this place!!

There was a marathon in Al Khor yesterday. It was 5km long!

The Dubai Marathon is taking place in two weeks time if you're feeling fit?

And get out and run while you can - you'll be struggling in a month or two's time!
