Fellow sportsmen.

I plan on setting up a cricket league for expats here in Doha. Given the number of English, Austrlian and South Africans, amoungst others, living in Qatar I'm sure there will be plenty of interest. We will initially look to arrange a 20/20 League for adults. Once established there will be a big emphasis on 'grass roots' cricket getting kids and families involved.

I would be interested in hearing any views/interest.

Good point about the weather! I'm sure that it will take a while to set everything up so a start date in September/October would work well.

A few sponors have already expressed interest which is great news.

Creating a league is only worth if you can get good sponsors...
