so i have met some really nice people in this country and every were i go i tend to meet nicer people... well about 2 weeks ago... one of those nice people took me to one of the most beautiful places here...

about 20 minutes south of the sealine resort via SUV... the people i went with wanted to parasail... i just wanted to take pictures... and these are the images i got from this experience...

well after they were done enjoying the para sailing... i got the opportunity to enjoy some traditional tea... BY FIRE ... such a peaceful day

well i will keep you guys informed of my next adventure of Qatar...

*********************************************************************

ok guys i did it again... i went back out to the dunes... my friend is nice enough to take me with him even though i am not the type to fly but we like to talk politics during the drive down there and back plus i love the photo op... so here are the new additions to the post...

Ah sunset...beautiful time of the day, and best photo time! Don't worry Novi I was completely clueless about photoshop but slowly I got the hang of it by randomly trying different things. Sometimes photoshop really brings out the best of the photograph and makes it all the more breathtaking :-)

well i went to fuwarit and its good... i got a few pictures from the rock formations... but i find that some green in the pictures keeps the temp level down in the images...

i am using a simple point and shoot cannon power shot... the 7.1 mp and a tripod for majority of my images...

last time i went to um bob i forgot my camera because it was so last minute... this time im trying to be prepaired... but we will see how things go...

and thanks misty rain

well i have no clue on how much para sails cost... nore were to get them...

so other than finding some one here that does it... i dont know what to tell ya... because as i said before... im afraid of heights... hahahaahah so i have no intentions of doing it my self... hahahahaaha

By thatguy• 5 Nov 2007 21:54

well as for photoshop help... that takes time... so dont let it get you down... its a nonintuitive program...

i my self am just learning some of the tricks and trades...

i stay more to the photography side and try as hard as possible to not have to use photo shop... hahahaha

but when you do have to use photoshop... it can do wonders for your colors and composition. so dont give up yet...

hahahahahahahaha

well i am not keen to this culture here... so for them... yes its probably a guy thing... so sorry but they are locals

but if you go some were and need a photographer... just let me know...

i honestly have no intentions of getting in one of those things because im afraid of heights... hahahaha but i would do any thing for a good photo opportunity... because there isn't much more here to photograph and i have only been here for 4 months... so me and my friend are running out of things to take pictures of on our own...
